All utilities: power, gas, water, sewer & operational/maintenance expenses included your rent with GST ie: parking stall, maintenance/landscaping/snow removal, building insurance (not contents), exterior/mechanical/structural repair, common area cleaning, garbage disposal, 24/7 security monitoring and on site staff.
Fully furnished kitchenettes include double Bed, dining table/chairs, dresser/wardrobe, full-Size fridge, microwave, electric frying pan/toaster oven, coffee machine, cutlery and access to our on site convenience mailroom/vending consumables like cleaning/snack/hygiene products.
