The room is bright, spacious located in the very friendly neighbourhoodwith a few minutes access of transit, grocery, restaurants and Stanley park, available immediately.

I am a very easy going low key, professional male and 1 bed room comes with everything that you need with full access of whole apartment(fully furnished)

I will be mostly in and out and staying at my partner’s place nearby, so this whole place would be yours, except occasionally, I will be working from home.

Rent is 1000$ for a month and all utilities are included.

I am looking for a roommate who can at least stay for 2 months.
