    Hi,

    I am a Ph.D. student at UBC looking for a place beginning on May 1st. I am looking for a small 1 bedroom apartment/ studio. The place must have a proper kitchen. I am looking for long-term options (~4 years). I am very quiet, clean and I don’t smoke. It’s guaranteed that I’ll be paying the rent on the first day of the month.

    I am hoping to find a place in Kits/Dunbar for around $1100 including utilities. Let me know if you have anything!
